THE ALLEGED ABDUCTION OF CLARA G FERNANDEZ
RAUL SHOWS UP AT THE WINTER HAVEN POLICE STATION
WITH ACCUSATIONS OF ABDUCTION THE SAME DAY
HE FORGED THE SECOND DOCUMENT.

Raul and Adalberto are brothers.  Clara Fernandez is their mother.  I made contact with Raul at the Winter Haven Police Department.  Raul stated to me that Adalberto did abduct their mother from Key West and did bring her to Winter Haven where he is holding her against her will.  I made contact with Adalberto and Clara at the above location.  I spoke to Clara, who stated that her son did not abduct her and that she wanted to be with him.  Clara also advised that she is tired of her sons fighting and wish they would just get along.  Clara appeared to be in good health and she stated that she was fine.

No further action was taken.
