Dear Mother;

Now is past the time after which there is no time to take out the permit for the Orlando House, so much money down the drain, the house was already sold before it was built, and the earnings would have been $200,000+  thanks for taking from me what I can do best.

Since you put an end to this project, you also ended the sale of the Key West House, which was to be closed on at the same time as the Orlando house.

It had been very hard for me to sell under those terms, which were so attractive, look at  the other sales in Key Haven for the past 12 months, very few over this price, and specially for a house so old, by braking this deal, you also spoiled the commission which would have paid me $68,000 this was going to bring me up to date with social security.

Now I can no longer pay for my medical insurance, I am left without insurance, without means, the real estate license which was so costly to activate was for nothing, by deactivating it, I am left on bad terms with the buyer and with all the Brokers who had helped me sell the house. 

And also hurt my [back] operation, was left without SS, without Medicare, with a damaged operation, accused of being a thief.

I liked how you insisted on taking dad to wash his teeth to leave him alone, and let him fall down and burst, to then abandon him like a dog, without even an explanation.

If I hope for anything is that I will never again see such bad people, lots of luck in taking away our Key Haven house, and with the rest of your nasty retributions
