Raul,
I want you to sell the
Key West House. It is accessed at $1.5 million and we
could do many things with the money. Begin the house
that you said you wanted to build in St. Cloud (Bay
Lake), we will give you the lot. For this house you can
use half of the money. The other half is for Al.

We love you and making decisions
and it is important that we stay in touch.

Rays Answer:
Yes, we can do many things with the
money. Such as giving 55% to the government. I suppose
this is better than letting Ray have it.

it.

NOTE:
Clara offers Raul the Bay Lake Lot free and clear,
valued at about $150,000 plus half the proceeds from the
sale of the Key West House. Raul declines, saying
"I don't want it. You Build it." So as of
October 10, 2004, Raul says that he does not want to
build the house in Bay Lake.
